. The finished product came out smoothly. The biggest issue was just managing the folds given the material is a metal instead of a cardboard. The copper tends to unbend itself a little, making fitment a bit of a challenge. Overall, it was a pretty smooth process guided by technician support. No standout issues really showed itself throughout other than an unfortunate sizing problem. My project ended up a little bigger than imagined
Unfortunately, I had lost the laser cut version of my prototype foldable car in transit before i could document any photos. What i had not lost was the cutout as well as the lessons and adjustments made to the model. The model itself worked well and the only changes that i would have made were aesthetic and preferential. The final product ended up without connection panels at some of the edges.
