Waterjet Cutting Prep

Unfortunately, I had lost the laser cut version of my prototype foldable car in transit before i could document any photos. What i had not lost was the cutout as well as the lessons and adjustments made to the model. The model itself worked well and the only changes that i would have made were aesthetic and preferential. The final product ended up without connection panels at some of the edges.

Castle - Fort Harman

This design was inspired by the architecture found in dystopian media. I chose not to waste any time and effort in minor intricate details and instead approached the design with a brutalism and utilitarian architecture in mind. The result makes it look more prison like than anything. _____ The only challenge I encountered with this design is what to add and what not to add. the initial design was absent of the bottom layer. Other than that, this design was nothing but smooth sailing.
